How to Earn a Tinker's Tea Club Tier Status

Tier status in the Tinker's Tea Club is based on your total monthly spending on our website. It's simple, transparent, and completely based on how much love (and tea!) you pour into your orders.

Eligibility Rules:

  • Tier status is awarded based solely on your total spend in a calendar month.
  • Only successfully delivered orders are counted toward your monthly total.
  • Orders must be placed and delivered within the same calendar month to qualify.
  • Returned or cancelled items will not be included in the order total.
  • Products marked Out of Stock at the time of fulfillment will also be excluded.
  • Your tier status is updated after delivery not at the time of placing the order.
  • Tiers are re-evaluated on the 1st day of every month, so you can move up or down based on your new month's activity.

Example:

If you placed an order on July 28th but it's delivered on August 2nd, it will count toward August, not July.

When Will I Receive My Tinker's Tea Club Points?

If you already had a tier status at the time you placed your order, your reward points will usually be credited to your account within a few hours after your order is successfully delivered.

In rare cases, point allocation may take up to 24 hours due to system processing or network delays. If you don't see your points after that, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Please note: Points are awarded based on your final order value, excluding any returned or cancelled items.

How Long Is My Tinker's Tea Club Tier Status Valid?

Your Tinker's Tea Club tier status (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) is instantly activated as soon as you meet the monthly spending requirement for that tier. Once activated, your status remains valid until the end of the following calendar month.

Example:

If you qualify for Gold Tier on July 20th, your Gold status will remain valid until August 31st, regardless of your August activity. You'll then be re-evaluated on September 1st based on your August spending.

How Do I Keep My Tinker's Tea Club Tier Status?

Staying in your tier – or moving up – is easy. Just continue to meet the minimum spending threshold for your current tier within each calendar month. Your tier status is reviewed monthly, and any changes will apply from the 1st day of the following month.

Here's How It Works:

Let's say you are a Silver Tier member in September 2023 (after spending Bdt 10,000+ in that month). Your status will stay active until October 31st.

Now, depending on what you spend in October 2023:

  • Spend BDT 5,000 - BDT 9,999 → You will move down to Bronze for November
  • Spend BDT 10,000 - BDT 14,999 → You will remain in Silver for November
  • Spend BDT 15,000 or more → You will be upgraded to Gold for November
  • Spend less than BDT 5,000 → You will lose tier status for November, unless you re-quality in that month

Quick Tip:

Your spending resets every month, so consistent orders help you retain or upgrade your benefits – like more points, free deliveries, and special rewards.

If I Lose My Tinker's Tea Club Tier Status, How Can I Regain It?

No worries – you can regain your tier status at any time! Simply spend the required threshold amount within any calendar month, and your tier will be reactivated immediately after your qualifying order is delivered. Your new tier benefits (points, free deliveries, rewards, etc.) will apply from your next order onwards.

Example:

If you lose your Silver status in November, and then spend BDT 10,000+ in December, your Silver tier will be reactivated and valid through January. So go ahead – sip more, earn more, and come back stronger. Because every cup brings you closer to something special.

How Much Credit Can I Redeem My Points For?

It's simple – each point in your Tinker's Tea Club balance equals 1. So, if you've earned 100 points, you can redeem them for $100 off your next purchase!

You can apply your points at checkout just like a discount – no minimum order value required.

Will My Points or Tier Status Be Affected If I Return Products?

Yes – returning products does impact both your points and your tier status.

  • When an item is returned, your total spend for that month is adjusted, and the corresponding points earned from that product will be deducted from your balance.
  • If your adjusted spend falls below the threshold for your current tier, your tier status may be downgraded or revoked in the next evaluation cycle.

Example:

If you are in the Gold Tier after spending BDT 15,000/- but return a product worth BDT 3,000/-, your adjusted spend becomes BDT12,000  which may move you down to Silver Tier in the following month. We calculate your benefits fairly based on final, successfully delivered purchases only.

When Will I Start Earning Points?

You'll start earning points only after you've unlocked a Tinker's Tea Club tier Bronze, Silver, or Gold. That means:

  • If you are not yet in any tier, your orders will not earn points
  • As soon as you qualify for Bronze, Silver, or Gold, all future orders will start generating points automatically
  • Points will be calculated based on the tier-specific rate for every eligible order you place after activation

Tier benefits including point earning begin from the moment your status is activated.
